The second-generation MC4X multi-channel pump head improves upon its predecessor with one-step machining of all critical dimensions, ensuring tighter tolerances and reduced channel-to-channel variation. The enhanced connection mechanism provides superior stability during operation.
• Full Bearing Roller Structure - Stable operation and extended lifespan
Unlike first-generation models that used oil-impregnated bearings to reduce costs, the MC4X features a full ball bearing structure that delivers quieter operation, supports high-speed rotation, and significantly extends service life.
• Cam Card Structure - Uniform tube compression for optimal tubing lifespan
The MC4X employs an innovative cam structure that allows precise bidirectional adjustment. During adjustment, the arc uniformly approaches or separates from the roller, ensuring even tube compression, stronger pressure retention, and extended tubing life. Additionally, the card is manufactured from imported POM material containing Teflon components for superior wear resistance and longer pump head life.
• Convenient Card Installation - Time and space-saving design
The MC4X's cam structure allows users to easily remove the card from the top, simplifying operation especially in space-constrained integration environments.
