What materials are your fluid connectors made from?
Our fluid connectors are primarily manufactured from high-quality polypropylene (PP), polycarbonate (PC), PTFE OR PEEK materials. These materials offer excellent chemical resistance, durability, and are suitable for various applications including those food-grade or medical-grade components.
Are your products compatible with standard laboratory equipment?
Yes, our fluid control products are designed to be compatible with standard
laboratory equipment. Our Luer connectors follow international standards
for medical and laboratory connections, while our barbed fittings are available in standard sizes ranging from 1.6mm to 12mm to fit common tubing dimensions.
What is the difference between a peristaltic pump and other pump types?
Peristaltic pumps use rotating rollers to compress flexible tubing, creating a
pumping action without the fluid contacting any moving parts. This design provides several advantages: the fluid only contacts the tubing (not the pump mechanism), they're self-priming, can run dry without damage, handle viscous fluids well, and provide precise dosing capabilities.

What flow rates can your peristaltic pumps achieve?
Our peristaltic pumps cover a wide range of flow rates, from microliters per minute for precision laboratory applications to several liters per minute for industrial processes. For example, our BF400HMC series offers flow rates from 0.006-380ml/min, while larger industrial models can achieve flow rates up to 10L/min.
What pressure ratings do your fluid connectors have?
Our standard polypropylene connectors are rated for pressures up to 30 PSI

What temperature range can your plastic fittings withstand?
Our standard polyproyylene (PP) fittings
operate safely between 0°C and 80℃(32°F to 176°F). Our polycarbonate (PC)fittings can handle temperatures from -40°C to 121C (-40°F to 250°F).For higher temperature applications, our PEEK fittings can withstand temperatures up to 250°C (482°F).
Are your products chemically resistant?
Chemical resistance depends on the material. Our polypropylene products
offer excellent resistance to many acids bases, and aqueous solutions.
Polycarbonate provides good optical clarity but has limited chemical
compatibility. PEEK offers superior chemical resistance across a wide
spectrum. We recommend consulting our chemical compatibility chart for specific applications.
