Flangeless Fittings-Data Sheet
This ferrule is engineered for secure hard tubing connections and is fully compatible with Flangeless Fittings. It provides tight, wobble-free sealing to prevent liquid and gas leaks. Manufactured from imported PP and ETFE, the ferrule is non-toxic and odorless with a smooth, burr-free finish—suitable for high-purity laboratory and analytical applications.
Material & Temperature Range
PP (Polypropylene): Operating temperature -20°C to 90°C
ETFE (Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene): Operating temperature -80°C to 150°C
Surface finish: 360° smooth, burr-free, no black spots. ETFE offers superior chemical resistance.
