The D1606-L6-PPS Industrial Fluid Pulse Dampener is engineered for peristaltic pumps in harsh industrial environments. Powered by patented three-wing rectification technology (Buffer Wing + L Rectification Wing + R Rectification Wing), it delivers ≥95% pulse suppression (single unit) and ~100% (dual series). Built with industrial-grade PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) — the top heat-resistant engineering plastic — it excels in strong acid, strong alkali, and highly corrosive fluids. RoHS compliant, supports up to 220°C and <0.8–20 MPa pressure.
