Do you have such a motor with encoder for your persitaltic pumps ?

Answer: No,we don't supply such a motor. 
But we can customize such motor peristaltic pump for you if you have to use. 
However, we suggest that you first consider using our brushless motor peristaltic pump, which can perform the same function as the encoder, detect the operation of the pump, and save costs for you. ( You no longer need to purchase governors and encoders for motors)
